DescriptionThis Guideline has been developed to facilitate efficient interactions between the telecommunications industry and relevant Australian Government agencies when events cause major disruptions to telecommunications services. The Guideline constitutes a Common Operating Model for telecommunications disaster management to underpin the efficient interaction between Australian Government agencies, telecommunications Carriers/CSPs (C/CSPs) and energy suppliers.
